The first draft is complete!

I'm delighted to report that I've just finished writing all the chapters in first draft form. The target was to get the first draft done by the end of March, and I've just managed it. So I'm still on target for an October 2018 publication date, assuming everything else goes according to plan. The first half of the book will tell the fascinating stories of some of the most interesting and stunning anniversary model Strats, the remainder will focus on the people who made all these wonderful guitars happen. By the way, the image above is the 1979 Fender advertisement for the 25th Anniversary Stratocaster. :-)
