I've just written the draft section on Mark Kendrick; a guy who got the bug for guitars at the tender age of five. Mark's guitar playing wasn't the only thing he got into early. Because his family members played in some of the Western Swing bands that Leo Fender knew and enjoyed, and an uncle later went to work at Fender, Mark also had the opportunity to play and enjoy Fender instruments in his youth. Even when he left Fender after a long and eventful career, Mark couldn't resist the call to return and design a 30th Anniversary Strat!
