I've just returned from a week in New York and while I was there I just had to visit the World Trade Center site and the 9/11 Museum and Memorial.
The brave First Responders who rushed to the World Trade Center following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, were honored by the release of a trio of special guitars in 2011.
The 9/11 Tribute Stratocasters commemorate the actions of the modest heroes that took part in the rescue and recovery efforts at Ground Zero 10 years earlier. In fact, the idea for these tribute guitars was conceived by one of the modest First Responders. You will be able to read more about these commemorative guitars and their story in the book.
